Step2A
Step2A is a tutoring platform that provides expert assistance for students who struggle with their studies and aim to improve their grades. The project goal was to test a new approach where instead of the traditional long order form chatbot feature was offered.
As a designer, I played a crucial role in creating a dynamic and user-friendly website. I designed the home page, UI kit, mobile design, and email templates.
Project overview
As a member of a cross-functional team, I worked on the Step2A project alongside a product manager, front-end developer, copywriter, and tester. Our process began by conducting brainstorming sessions and reviewing our competitors, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. By gathering insights from user interviews, we identified the primary pain points and defined the necessary features for the initial version. Once we agreed on the prototype, I started the design process.
I was responsible for all the design part and prepared the landing page, a comprehensive style guide that included UI components, icons, and illustrations. Additionally, I proposed a chat concept that we planned to develop in future iterations. The project earned positive feedback from our managers, for its modern design approach and effective communication of our value proposition.
